Indian is famous for it's variety of flavor from different regions. Food is one of them which brings the people together. Today , In this blog we gonna talk about the Instant No Yeast Naan. Making Naan at home is as easy as making pizza dough. In fact, it's much easier . Most of the time ,People tend to make Naan without yeast because it's less time consuming and taste just as good. The best thing about making Naan at home is that it stay soft for a long time than store bought does. Of course, it's also healthier. With Naan you can add toppings , and later on turn them into Indian Naan Pizzas with leftover vegetables.

DESCRIPTION:
This quick naan recipe no yeast- so you don't need to let it rise , and can have naan in a jiffy! Easy and Tasty !
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp oil (i used olive oil, you can use anything relatively mild)
- 1/2 cup milk
- butter + herbs for seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Combine all dry ingredients , and whisk together.
- Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients , add the oil and milk . Mix everything together until it forms a ball. Turn out on the counter and knead until every smooth and elastic - at least 5 mins - adding more flour necessary.
- Let the dough rest for 10 mins. Divide into 8-10 equal pieces.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Roll one piece of dough until very thin (less than 1/8). If the skillet is non-stick, melt some butter before each piece. One at a time , cook the naan for about 90 seconds , or until parts are blackening on each side. when they are done , you can brush them with butter and add seasoning(cilantro and garlic , etc ) , if you want.
NOTES:
To be honest , i don't have a measuring cup so this is an estimation . You may need to add slightly more- you want it to be moist , but no loose.
